The new Victorian Greens push aimed at the cost of living crisis
The Victorian Greens have started a push to introduce price controls at supermarkets to help deal with the rising cost of living.
Economic justice spokesperson for the Victorian Greens, Sam Hibbins, says the cost of living crisis is having a “profound” impact on the community.
“What we’re calling on the government to do is get the essential services commissioner involved, declare groceries a regulated industry,” he told Neil Mitchell.
