Shane McInnes has reacted to an announcement from the state government today in relation to a review into Victoria’s sentencing laws.

The 3AW host thinks it’s a much needed review, but questioned the convenience of the move being only two months before a state election.

“Kudos for taking action, but it’s arguably two years too late,” McInnes said.
