The next Holden Commodore to hit Australia in 2018 will be French-owned.

The Holden Commodore and Astra are sourced from Opel.

Speaking on 3AW Drive, Editor of Wheels Magazine, Alex Inwood, told Tom Elliott it’s not the end of the Holden brand.
