The ‘number one challenge’ facing business in Australia right now

Australia is facing its biggest labour crisis in almost 50 years, says to the CEO of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Job vacancies and the jobless rate are almost at parity.

“This is the number one challenge for business, at the moment,” Andrew McKellar said on 3AW Mornings.

“You have to go back to 1974 in our surveys to see anything like this.”
