The ‘pretty sad story’ behind fatal Ormond stabbing

Police are hunting two brothers in relation to a fatal stabbing in Ormond.

Abhijeet Abhijeet, 26, and Robin Gartan, 27 are wanted over the incident, which spilled out onto the streets in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Channel 9 reporter Laura Turner explained the “pretty sad story” behind what happened, which resulted in one fatal stabbing and another individual injured.

“These people all used to be friends,” she told Jacqui Felgate on 3AW Drive.

“All of these people used to live in this share house together.”
