The psychedelic substance used to help treat people with anorexia

A psychedelic substance has shown “promising” results in treating people with anorexia, according to a small trial in the United States.

Professor of Psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego, Dr Walter Kaye, said the substance helps “change perspective” in those suffering from the eating disorder.
