The ‘radical’ changes Georgie Purcell wants to see to stop gender-based violence
Animal Justice Party MP Georgie Purcell says radical changes to track domestic violence offenders should be introduced, as well as overall education to help some violence in the first place also introduced.
Ms Purcell told Jacqui Felgate following a spate of deaths as a result of gender-based violence in 2024, it was time to “seriously look at” publicly naming and keeping track of offenders.

“We need real radical reform in the prevention space,” she told 3AW Drive.
“We need to seriously look at tracking offenders more and importantly, keeping track of offenders.”
