The rail infrastructure reality ‘everyone in Victoria needs to come to’

Ben Carroll foreshadowed major changes during his first full day as Premier, including a review into the Suburban Rail Loop.

Transport and infrastructure expert Dr Chris Hale told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott there should be another major infrastructure project under way at the same time as the Suburban Rail Loop.
