Tony Jones thinks Collingwood is the premiership favourite right now.
Despite resting a host of senior players and coming off a five-day break, they were still able to beat Fremantle in Perth.
Ahead of a marquee clash against Adelaide on Saturday, the Channel 9 sports presenter said on 3AW Mornings the Pies were “head and shoulders” above every other team in the competition.

“I think they’re head and shoulders above the rest at the moment,” he told Tom Elliott.
“They’re second to Brisbane, who aren’t playing the brand of football which won them the premiership.”
