The recommendation which could see universities improve their teaching degrees

Universities could be forced to improve the quality of their teaching degrees or face sanctions as education ministers around the country meet today and tomorrow.
Chief executive officer of Real Schools, Adam Voight, says the evidence is best seen anecdotally in schools around the country.
“It’s something that’s been happening for a long time now, graduate teachers arrive in schools and tell us they learned a lot more about teaching in their first term of teaching than they did in their three or four years of university,” he told Heidi Murphy, filling in for Tom Elliott.
