Mornington Peninsula Shire Council has revealed they’re considering significant rate cut for households who install, replace or upgrade solar panels after July 1.

Mornington mayor, Simon Brooks, says the proposal is a way for people to consider the renewable.

“To get the next level of people in, particularly people who have investment properties,” he told Tom Elliott.
