The register that could stop Australians being scammed

A sender ID register could help save Australians from being scammed by crooks posing as organisations such as the tax office and Australian Post.

Similar systems have been implemented with success overseas.

“If you had this register, then only one person or number could have that name,” tech expert Geoff Quattromani told Neil Mitchell.
