The sneaky new levy impacting Mornington Peninsula residents

The City of Mornington has surprised residents with a sneaky new levy.

“I think if I was a resident in Mornington, I don’t think I’d be terribly happy,” Trevor Thornton, recycling expert at Deakin University, told Heidi Murphy.
