The ‘special kind of evil’ hit-and-run incidents which could prompt law changes

Jacqui Felgate is wondering whether two hit-and-run incidents on cyclists in bayside could prompt changes to the law.

Her comments come after two cyclists landed up in hospital after being set upon in incidents on Tuesday, with the offenders still on the run.
