State Government are considering the idea of making landlords with rental properties retrofit from gas to electric

The State Government are considering making landlords retrofit all rental properties from gas to electric as part of their roadmap.

CEO of the Property Council Cath Evans joined 3AW Drive to discuss the Government’s idea.

“This would be another blow for the rental market,” Evans said on 3AW Drive.
