A study in the UK has found the ten food habits that are slowly killing us.
The study has found diets high in salt or sugary drinks are responsible for thousands of deaths from heart disease, stroke and type two diabetes.
Ross and John spoke with Alfred Hospital cardiologist Peter Kistler who says a lack of fruit and vegetables and high levels of processed meats are also to blame.
