Australia’s attitude towards recycling is definitely getting better, but the proliferation of incidental plastic waste means there is still plenty of improvement to make, says the CEO of Clean Up Australia.

Jenny Geddes revealed on 3AW Drive Australia held an unwanted title when it came to pollution.

“Australians are actually the largest users of plastic waste, in the world, per person, which is a terrible accolade to have,” she said.
