The train journey that may be about to become much more uncomfortable

While travelling by rail may be easier on your wallet than flying there is concern that train routes between Melbourne, Albury-Wodonga and Sydney could experience slow and jarring travel times.

Passengers travelling along these routes could be about to experience some very uncomfortable journeys as the Andrews government and the commonwealth-owned Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) are currently locked in a major dispute over the maintenance of the North East Rail Line.
