Tom Elliott has reacted to Australia’s ‘National Climate Risk Assessment’, which detailed how up to one million homes will be uninsurable by 2050 and may burn, tourism will drop and seas will rise.

The 3AW Mornings host thinks the report really should be titled the “climate catastrophe report”.

And he says we have two choices on how we deal with the information from the report.

CEO of Climate Council, Amanda McKenzie, was also questioned about the report, which predicts thousands of Australian will be killed every year due to heatwaves, as well as $611 billion being wiped from property values.

“It is very scary,” Ms McKenzie told Ross and Russ.
