The type of housing experts say could solve the housing crisis

Granny flats are being touted as a way to solve the current housing but one expert says they aren’t a silver bullet.

Real estate and property expert at Property Powerhouse, Garth Davis, says granny flats are a start.

“If we can get the local councils, and local shires, and state government, and federal government on board to incentivise us and cut the red tape, we can bring accommodation relatively quickly onto the markets,” he told Tom Elliott.
