Australia’s famous tie with the West Indies at the Gabba in 1960 is one of cricket’s great moments, with the climax caught perfectly in the photo above.
But it could easily have never been taken.
Tim Lane told Macquarie Cricket photographer Ron Lovitt had just one snap left when the final over started.
