Thick fog causes ‘ugly’ 24 hours at Melbourne Airport

Thick fog across the Melbourne skyline this morning and throughout yesterday has caused an “ugly” 24 hours at Melbourne Airport.

Head of Communications at Melbourne Airport, Andrew Lund, said 105 domestic flights were cancelled yesterday, with several flights delayed this morning.

“It was pretty messy,” Mr Lund told Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen.
