Thieves push motorbikes from a moving van during dramatic police pursuit

Thieves have pushed three stolen motorbikes onto the road from a moving van while being pursued by police in Dallas.

Police starting chasing the white Toyota van bearing false number plates at 2am with a passenger pushing the bikes in their direction. 

The van was found dumped in Meadow Heights.

A 33-year-old man arrested a short time later. 

Police believe the three motorcycles were stolen from the Brunswick area overnight.

The driver is still on the run.
