Thieves use street sweeper to ram into shopping centre in Melbourne’s north

Thieves have used an unoccupied street sweeper to ram through a glass door into a shopping centre in Epping at 11:55pm last night.

“That almost sounds like a challenge on a television reality program, and somehow they’ve done it,” Ross Stevenson said.

The thieves then fled in a white Hyundai Santa Fe.
