Police have spoken to the Victorian owners of that model car – a black Mercedes Benz SLK coupes (pictured below) – and ruled them out of the investigation.

They want to speak to the remaining owners of cars matching that description.

“Detectives are keen to speak with anyone again, regardless of whether they have spoken to police in the past about such sightings, to ensure that no stone is left unturned,” police said in a press release.

Anyone with any information whatsoever, in relation to the disappearance of Karen is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential crime report to www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
