He didn’t like it when the government wanted to tinker with superannuation before the last election, and he has concerns over what the opposition has flagged today.

Neil Mitchell says he’s “nervous” about Bill Shorten’s planned tax changes.

“Once again a political party is going after self-funded retirees and pensioners,” Neil said.

“They seem to have targets on their backs.

“It makes me nervous; it targets people who have planned for their retirement, as they have been told to do, and it changes the goal posts.

“People have planned their lives around this.”
