300,000 Australians may have had their Facebook data compromised.

3AW listener Alastair may have been one of them.

Alastair told Ross and John he received a message from Facebook explaining the situation – and it seems one of his friends is to blame.

He said the information shared, including his birthday and current location, is “not the end of the world”.
