Three arrested as heavily armed police swarm property in Melbourne’s west

Three people have been arrested after heavily armed special operations police swarmed a home in Melbourne’s west.

Multiple callers told 3AW saw a major police presence in Melton, as police surrounded a property on O’Neills Rd in Melton.

“One of the SWAT team was on top of their truck with guns pointing at the property,” caller Karen told Tom Elliott.

“There’s quite a number of police with bulletproof jackets.”
