Three teens charged following dramatic police chase across Melbourne’s south-east

Three teenagers out on bail have been charged over a pursuit through the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne this morning.

The teens dumped a stolen Mazda ute in Longwarry before being taken into custody.

A Ford Ranger, also believed to be stolen and possibly linked to the trio, was recovered nearby.

They’ve each been charged with theft of motor vehicle, failing to stop under police direction and committing an indictable offence whilst on bail and will face a children’s court at a later date.
