Three tips to help improve your resilience
Resilience is an important trait, but one that can prove elusive.
Stuart Taylor of the Resilience Institute offered Neil Mitchell three tips to improve in this area:
- Be aware of where you’re up to
- Invest in yourself: exercise, sleep, nutrition
- Get in tune with your thoughts and your emotions
These three tips can help you achieve what Mr Taylor calls ‘sustainable high performance’.
