Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach, halved and pitted
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 60ml vodka or gin
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Grill the Peach:
    • Grill peach halves, cut side down, for 3-4 minutes until caramelized. Cool and dice.
  2. Muddle and Mix:
    • Muddle grilled peach, basil, sugar, and lime juice in a shaker. Add vodka or gin and shake with ice.
  3. Assemble:
    • Pour over ice in a glass, top with soda water, and garnish with a basil sprig.
