Tiger in town: Ross and John speak with one of the greatest golfers of all time

Two of the biggest names in world sport, Tiger Woods and Ernie Els are in Melbourne as captains of the U.S. and International Teams respectively for the 2019 Presidents Cup at The Royal Melbourne Golf Club.

Woods told Ross and John it’s a special competition, as it allows golfers to play as a team.

“We play as individuals in 51 weeks of the year, this is the one time we come together,” he said.

“It’s just so much fun, some of the best golf you can play in the entire world.”

An avid golfer, Burnso asked Tiger how he rates Royal Melbourne.

“The sand belt courses are some of the best in the world. I base some of my course architecture around Melbourne’s sand belt.”
