Footy fan to auction Richmond licence plates for charity

One footy fan has done a bit of clever thinking ahead and purchased a pair of Tigers 2017 Licence plates.

The plates are currently up for auction on eBay, with 50 per cent of the sale price to be donated to the Alannah & Madeline Foundation.

In a twist, John is actually a St Kilda supporter!

“I just had a bit of a feeling,” he said.

“I would have thought if Richmond win they might be worth around $10,000,” Tony said.
