Tigers got off light, says Caroline Wilson

Caroline Wilson says Richmond has got off lightly for leaving just 15 players on the field.

The Tigers won’t face sanction for taking fit players from the field against Port Adelaide in the NAB Challenge, but the chief football writer for The Age thinks they should have received a suspended fine.

‘I think Mark Evans has been generous,’ Wilson said.

‘I know it’s only NAB Challenge, but I don’t think it’s a good look for the game.

‘Port Adelaide was not happy.’
