Tiny plastic particles ‘pervasive’ in our food supplies
A study by CSIRO has found the impact of plastic particles on our food safety is higher than previously considered.
Food processing and packaging are a common source of these particles in food and drinks.
Analytical chemist at the CSIRO, Dr Jordy Nelis, told Ross and Russel evidence indicates these tiny particles are “dangerous”.
