Toddler flown to hospital after being struck by reversing car

A two-year-old boy is being airlifted to hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Rochester, north of Melbourne.

It’s believed the vehicle was reversing at a property on Hopetoun Street, when the the toddler was hit, shortly after 12pm.

He’s being flown to the Royal Children’s Hospital in a serious condition with suspected leg and abdominal injuries.
