Tom Bugg handed six-game suspension
Tom Bugg has been handed a six-match ban by the tribunal.
The Melbourne forward pleaded guilty to striking Sydney’s Callum Mills.
Bugg was represented by player advocate Iain Findlay, who said Bugg knew the incident would “follow him” for the rest of his career.
Bugg apologised again after the hearing, saying he accepted the ban.
He’ll now focus on “winning back respect” from his captain and teammates.
