Tom Elliott and John Pesutto clash over major Victorian power station closure

State opposition leader John Pesutto and Tom Elliott have clashed over the Yallourn Power Station closure.

The station is forecast to close in 2026, with the 3AW Mornings host quizzing Mr Pesutto on whether a state government under his leadership would look to push back the closure date.

“But what is your plan,” Tom Elliott asked John Pesutto on 3AW.
