Tom Elliott calls for end to pro-Palestine protests after ‘undeniably good’ ceasefire news

Tom Elliott has urged those protesting against Israel to stop their demonstrating following news of a ceasefire in the long-running war.

Speaking as the first steps of the ceasefire is rolled out, the 3AW Mornings host says it’s time for the rolling, weekly protests in the CBD to end.

“The ceasefire in the Middle East is undeniably good news,” he said.

“The war is over – time to protest about something else.”
