Tom Elliott calls out state politician over Africa ‘junket’

Tom Elliott has put the spotlight on the state government and Natalie Hutchins over an upcoming trip to Africa the 3AW Drive host says is a waste of money.

Hutchins, the minister for women, will travel to Rwanda to speak at a conference for women.

“Her job is to do things for the people of Victoria, not to be grandstanding at gender equality conferences in Africa,” Tom Elliott said.
