Tom Elliott clashes with Asian-Australian Alliance over apparent coronavirus ‘racism’

The Asian Australian Alliance has criticised the Australian government’s travel ban from China due to coronavirus, saying it’s rooted in racism.

“Yellow peril has not left Australia,” Erin Chew told Tom Elliott.

But Tom Elliott said it was simply common sense, given the overwhelming majority of coronavirus cases were in China.

A heated debate ensued.
