Tom Elliott has explained why the AFL should not move for a night grand final.

It comes after the lights went out at the Gabba on Friday night in the Brisbane and Melbourne game, with the 3AW Drive host questioning whether the lights can be trusted in the biggest game of the year.

“The fact that you cannot 100 per cent rely upon the lights as shown at the Gabba on Friday night, is why we definitely should not have a night grand final,” he said.
