Then you’re hypocritical to be angered by China’s Yulin Dog Meat Festival, says a PETA spokesperson.

Tom Elliott questioned his own logic on the matter on Monday, saying it was hard to spot any ‘real’ difference between eating one animal or the other.

Claire Fryer from PETA said people should be equally angered.

‘There’s no reason this is any more acceptable,’ she said on 3AW Drive.
