Tom Elliott explores measures to get rid of graffiti

Tom Elliott has heard a number of options to rid Melbourne of graffiti. 

Ben Carroll, Victoria’s Parliamentary Secretary for Justice, told 3AW that 80,000 square metres of graffiti had to be removed last year.

One measure to tackle the problem is rapid response squads for target so-called ‘hot spots’ of high activity.

And Mr Carroll has other ideas as well.
