The Olympics might be over, but the international competition never ends.
A group of Australian butchers are about to take on the world in the World Butchers’ Challenge.
It kicks off on the Gold Coast from September 10.
They’re judged on their ability to work as team, as well as skills like slicing and boning.
Tom Elliott spoke with Tom Bouchier, one of Australia’s representatives.
