Tom Elliott frustrated with ‘disturbing’ phone use while driving statistic

Budget Direct completed a survey of Victorian motorists where one in five are confident in using their phone while driving their vehicle.

Tom Elliott vented his frustration with the disturbing statistic and says mobile phone use is working against the road toll.

“They are the most distracting gadget invented by humanity,” Elliott said on 3AW Mornings.
