Tom Elliott has highlighted the significance of Anzac Day as activist group “Teachers for Palestine” launches an attack on the day, saying “we won’t be glorifying Australia’s military history this Anzac Day”.

“Without the Anzacs, without their heroism, their courage and their sacrifice, modern day Australia isn’t what it is today,” the 3AW Mornings host said.
