Tom Elliott is furious over Sunday’s flag burning incident.

He wants the government to make flag burning illegal. 

‘I went to scouts, one thing I was taught over and over again is you respect the flag.’

Tom says the flag is one of the major symbols of our nation.

‘Hundreds and thousands of Australia’s have died or been wounded under that flag.’

‘No country is perfect.’ – Tom said on 3AW Drive.

‘But I can tell you, Australia come much closer than most.’
