Tom Elliott learns why South Australia wants smaller schnitzels

South Australia wants to reduce the size of its schnitzels.

Director of environmental group Keep South Australia Beautiful John Phillips told Tom Elliott the state is looking at ways to reduce landfill.

And food portions are in the spotlight.

‘It’s something we can look at as part of numerous solutions to reduce the carbon footprint,’ Mr Phillips said.
