Tom Elliott says the City of Darebin’s push to ban nuclear weapons is a complete waste of time and money.

He says it’s going nothing to do with council.

Ratepayer Marion Harper, from the Darebin Progress Association, has backed the move.

“I commend the council for what they’ve done,” she said.
